How much will it cost?

For Individuals, I charge by the hour, I will share details in my new client information pack.

For training, there is a per person charge for group programmes and fixed fee for workshops.

For schools and charities, I offer a discounted rate, please contact me to discuss this.

For organisations, this depends on what you want to achieve. I can add value via empowering your leaders, supporting your teams or helping you develop a wellbeing strategy. I'm passionate about what I do and making a difference, I will work with you and your budget to achieve the best possible outcomes.
When can you start?

For individuals, usually within a couple of weeks.

For training, it depends on my availability, I'll do my best to work with your schedule.

For bigger projects it depends on what help you need and where I am with my existing clients. From experience allow about 6 weeks from our first meeting to being able to start on strategy or deliver leadership or team programmes. It can be less if your leaders are on board and able to make decisions.
Will I be tied in to a contract?

For Individuals, I recommend committing to a number of sessions, as it takes time to understand the issue and for you to put into action the suggestions. However, you are free to cancel appointments with at least 48 hours notice

For training I ask for 50% at the time of booking as much of the work happens in the preparation phase and 50% on delivery

For organisations, this depends on what you want to achieve in terms of organisational wellbeing. I generally have a minimum contract length of 3 -6 months for strategy work as I'm keen to work with businesses who want to make a serious commitment. For training and mentoring the contract is for the time it takes to deliver and follow up, I support leaders and teams, implement and embed new ways of thinking and behaving. I don't just disappear, I check in, this accountability is what drives lasting change.
