My goal is to help people reduce the stresses that they can so they have resources to deal with the stresses that they must. I do this using much of Dr Stuart Shanker's Self-Reg approach, this includes showing you how to become a stress detective, to find those sources of stress that zap your energy and time and get in the way of the good stress that is essential for your long-term well-being.
